
A Perfect 10 NAHB Silver Awards
Not one. Not two. But a perfect 10—awards, that is.
Prismatic’s work has been honored with NAHB Silver Awards by the National Association of Home Builders across six categories, a sweeping recognition of the creative spirit, strategic thinking, and signature place-whispering approach that guides everything we do.
And the excitement only builds from here. Silver Award recipients now advance to the final round for the prestigious Gold awards, which will be revealed live on stage, February 17th, in Orlando.
This year’s competition was especially fierce. NAHB’s The Nationals℠ 2025 drew more than 1,100 exceptional entries from across the country, each meticulously reviewed by a distinguished panel of industry jurors. From this field, 325 Silver Award recipients emerged—including our very own projects.
As we await the Gold announcements, we’re savoring this moment. This recognition is more than an honor. It’s an energizing, inspiring reminder of why we love the work we do and the amazing clients we do it with.
What the Silver Awards Represent
The NAHB Nationals℠ are the homebuilding industry’s premier awards program. Along with honoring industry achievements, these awards celebrate remarkable work in nearly 70 categories—including marketing, branding, and design.
The Silver Awards we received place our projects among the top submissions in their categories. It also designates them as official finalists for Gold. Our NAHB Silver Awards are only the beginning, placing us just one step away from the big win!

From there, we identify the authentic attributes that make each place unmistakably itself. Because in the end, we’re not here to simply brand communities. We’re here to help them come alive.
At Prismatic, we call this place whispering. For more than 20 years, we’ve helped places find their spark, their identities, and the results have been nothing short of magical: unified, resilient, and magnetic place branding that feels both natural and inevitable.
This is our approach, and watching it come to life in every community we touch is our greatest honor. And today, we’re especially delighted to see our place whispering recognized on a national stage.
NAHB Silver Awards Spotlight: Big Sky Quarry
Carved into the canyon. Built on bedrock. Big Sky Quarry is a mixed-use destination unlike anything else in Montana: wild yet refined, rugged yet modern. Its place branding honors the landscape and lifestyle, creating a brand identity that’s undeniably Big Sky.
For Big Sky Quarry, visually rich storytelling captures the spirit of adventure and rugged allure that define Big Sky. And the results of our work to date aren’t simply surprising; they’re staggering by industry standards.
- Its website reached page one of Google search results for nearly all related queries and increased lead generation by 19% in the first 60 days of launch.
- The manifesto video immediately ignited interest, doubling leads week over week and amplifying awareness across digital channels.
- The social media campaign has generated more than 200 qualified leads with zero paid advertising behind in its first 9 weeks.
- Email campaign performance has surpassed real estate benchmarks with a 64% average open rate and 25% click rate, compared to industry averages of 19% and 2%, respectively. Delivery exceeds 99%, with zero unsubscribes.
Big Sky Quarry’s early success demonstrates the power of a well-forged identity emerging from our unique brand of place whispering.



Silver Award Spotlight: The Grow Community Cookbook
From seasonal recipes bursting with flavor to charming handmade crafts, this digital-first, crowdsourced cookbook is designed to cultivate a sense of tradition, belonging, and a more intentional way of life at The Grow, Orlando’s first agrihood.
The cookbook’s campaign, crafted to both share homemade ideas and inspire new submissions, stood out for its warm, inviting storytelling, whimsical graphics, and mouthwatering imagery led by our very own teammate and food influencer, Sarah Seeds.
Launched in May 2025, the social media-based crowdsourcing campaign has generated 5,171 impressions, 314 engagements, and 16,896 reach/views within its first 5 months. It has enabled us to introduce and promote the promise of The Grow in a novel way that pushes beyond traditional marketing and advertising. With the cookbook, we are actualizing what true community looks like (and tastes like) by sharing traditions. We’re creating community before Pulte has even started building the community.
NAHB Silver Awards Spotlight: Rye Ranch
Inspired by heritage, homesteads, and homespun traditions, Rye Ranch perfectly balances timeless charm with modern, everyday comfort. Its place branding needed to honor the story of the land while remaining grounded in its legacy of community.
Here, cohesive identity restores authenticity to an inherited brand and turns history into a living invitation to belong. Stunning graphics are aligned across multiple stories and touchpoints, reflecting its deep roots and warm, welcoming ethos.
Since its launch, the website has performed exceptionally well, achieving 37,000 visits, 190 key event completions, 21% growth in lead capture, 957% increase in Google impressions, and 274% lift in click-throughs.

No award is earned alone. Our creativity and strategy are only as strong as the partnerships behind them—collaboration with our clients and partners is what turns vision into award-winning action. One example is Rye Ranch, which was a collaboration between Prismatic and our friends (and client) OnPlace, the team leading lifestyle activation for this MPC.
