Originally from Brazil, Renan thrives in Prismatic’s collaborative, fast-moving studio environment, where teams work shoulder to shoulder and decisions happen quickly. With a background in graphic design, he understands both the creative and operational sides of digital work, making him a natural at keeping people aligned and projects on track. Renan stays focused on the bigger goal: turning bold ideas into perfectly executed projects, minus the red tape. But while he may be serious about momentum and execution, he’s just as well known for the smile he’s rarely without.

Outside of work, that positive energy shows up in the time he spends with his family and with Amora and Mia, his pets. A fan of documentaries—especially those about the mind, business, and real-life stories—Renan is endlessly curious about how things work and how people build something from the ground up. He’s also an enthusiastic traveler: Quebec City and the Maldives are high on his list, though dreams of someday flying a fighter jet or exploring space might top them both. Renan runs on simple coffee, good vibes, music he can work to, and the belief that consistency always pays off.
