Transforming a forgotten golf course into a $1+ billion lakeside lifestyle destination
As part of a focused effort to distill the development plan of the RoseArts District in a format that would attract support from the local community and approval by municipal planners, we were engaged to name, brand, and create a comprehensive vision book. RoseArts District will be a modern, immersive gallery of sights, sounds, tastes, and joyful surprises, while its name is inspired by the area’s original landowner: Senator Walter Rose.
